SUPPLYᴸᴰᶠ operates as temporary retail infrastructure for independent fashion, creating physical presence, circulation, visibility, and retail access without separating designers from their audience, clients, or sales.
LOCATED AT 4412 NOTRE-DAME OUEST IN MONTRÉAL, SUPPLY OCCUPIES APPROXIMATELY 200 SQUARE FEET AND FUNCTIONS AS A COMPACT BLACK-BOX RETAIL FORMAT DESIGNED FOR TEMPORARY RETAIL OCCUPANCIES.
Occupancy is curated and begins with a conversation.
SUPPLYᴸᴰᶠ includes:

— Small back-of-house storage area
— Fitting room
— Washroom
— Full-length mirror
— Modular black plinths
— Modular black garment racks
— Adjustable lighting
— Street-facing digital display for temporary signage and moving image content
The black-box environment is designed to adapt to each activation.SUPPLYᴸᴰᶠ is a curated format.
Occupancy requests are reviewed individually. Priority is given to independent designers, artists, publishers and practices aligned with the values of LIGNES DE FUITE.
Occupancy grants a temporary license to use the space and does not constitute a commercial lease.
LIGNES DE FUITE reserves the right to decline occupancy requests.
SUPPLYᴸᴰᶠ is intended exclusively for short-term retail activations.
Priority is given to independent fashion brands, accessories, objects and publications interested in testing products and engaging directly with customers.

Extended occupancies available by conversation.
Preferred rates are available to LDF residents and participants in the Mentoring Program.
A $100 deposit is required to confirm occupancy.
The remaining balance is payable within seven days following the end of the activation, allowing occupants to generate revenue before settling the balance.
Occupancy is based on trust and intended to support independent practices working with limited resources.
Occupants are responsible for staffing, inventory, sales transactions and day-to-day operation during their activation.
Temporary signage and merchandising are encouraged.
The space must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Merchandise, packaging, fixtures and waste must be removed at the end of the occupancy period.
Occupants are responsible for cleaning the space prior to departure, including floors, fitting room, washroom and all surfaces used during the activation.
The $100 deposit will be retained, in whole or in part, if the space is not cleaned, merchandise or materials are left behind, or if additional labour is required to restore the space for the next occupant.
Occupants are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
LIGNES DE FUITE assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to merchandise, equipment or personal property.
SUPPLYᴸᴰᶠ makes no guarantees regarding foot traffic, attendance or commercial performance.
Occupants are responsible for obtaining any insurance they deem necessary.
Deposits are non-refundable within fourteen days of occupancy.
Occupancy dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.
LIGNES DE FUITE shall not be liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
