LIGNES DE FUITE —
SUPPLY
SUPPLYᴸᴰᶠ operates as temporary retail infrastructure for independent fashion, creating physical presence, circulation, visibility, and retail access without separating designers from their audience, clients, or sales.
HOW OCCUPATION WORKS
SUPPLY is a street-level retail and showroom space located at 4412 Notre-Dame West in Montréal.
The environment is designed as a flexible black box structure that can be adapted for temporary retail, showroom presentation, launches, fittings, appointments, pop-ups, installations, content production, and activations.
The layout remains intentionally modular in order to support different project formats and presentation needs.
The space includes storefront visibility, internet access, lighting infrastructure, electrical access, adjustable layout conditions, fitting area, seating, and flexible presentation possibilities depending on the activation.
Occupants receive scheduled access to the space for the duration of the booking.
Additional support and infrastructure can also be arranged depending on the project including documentation, photography, styling support, staffing, projection, installations, temporary fixtures, music, and activation coordination.
SUPPLY is intended for independent designers and projects seeking temporary physical retail presence without taking on the cost and long-term commitment of operating a permanent store independently.
The space can be used for launches, appointments, fittings, showroom presentation, direct client interaction, pop-ups, temporary retail, and other short-term activations.
SUPPLY does not operate through commission-based marketplace logic.
Designers remain the direct point of contact with their clients, audience, appointments, and sales while using the infrastructure.
The structure is intended to support independent practices while allowing designers to maintain ownership of their commercial relationships and organize their own retail calendar in advance.
SUPPLY operates through curated occupation rather than open-access rental.
The structure is primarily intended for independent designers and projects operating at the intersection of fashion, art, craft, image, and authorship.
Projects are selected based on alignment, coherence, originality, intention, and overall contribution to the environment.
SUPPLY is structured around short-term occupation formats.

Remaining balances are generally settled following the occupation unless otherwise arranged in advance.
