Agreement
These terms govern use of lignesdefuite.studio and the digital services provided by LIGNES DE FUITE INC. By using the site, creating an account, submitting information or completing a transaction, you agree to these terms and the applicable event, booking, product or program information shown during that process.
What the site provides
The site presents LDF’s independent fashion infrastructure and provides access to events and tickets, studio conversations and bookings, products, programs, applications, memberships, editorial material and other opportunities. Availability, eligibility, schedules, capacity and prices may change. A submission or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability or a confirmed booking.
Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for accurate information, the security of your account and activity performed through it. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share. You retain ownership of your original material while granting LDF the limited permission needed to review, store, process and use it for the service or opportunity you requested.
Tickets, products and bookings
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and applicable fees are presented during checkout. Wix and its payment partners provide secure checkout and may apply additional transaction terms. An order, ticket or booking is confirmed only when the confirmation process is completed.
Refunds, exchanges, cancellations and transfers follow the policy displayed for the specific event, product, booking or program and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Event programs, participants, schedules or locations may change when reasonably necessary.
Communications
If you consent, LDF may send email or text updates. SMS consent is optional and not required to buy a ticket, product or service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Email messages include an unsubscribe method.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape protected information, or use LDF’s systems or content unlawfully. LDF may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect people, data, services or the integrity of the platform.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise credited, the site’s design, identity, text, graphics and original LDF material belong to LIGNES DE FUITE INC. or its licensors. Editorial images, collections and collaborator work may belong to their credited creators. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, sell or commercially exploit this material.
External services
The site connects to services operated by others, including Wix checkout, authentication, maps, social platforms and payment providers. Their availability, privacy practices and terms are controlled by those providers. LDF is not responsible for an external service beyond what applicable law requires.
Availability and responsibility
LDF works to keep information and services reliable, but the site may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Québec, without limiting any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. Questions may be sent to info@lignesdefuite.studio.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The version in effect when a transaction is completed continues to govern that transaction.
