If you are a new resident, you must pay a $275 refundable deposit in Step 2.
All residents — new and renewing — must activate their $275/month plan in Step 3.

Review the Designer-in-Residence Agreement in full before proceeding. By continuing, you confirm that you understand and accept all terms.

IMPORTANT — You must activate your plan before August 20, 2025.
Your first payment (for September) will be automatically withdrawn.
The plan includes a 15-day clemency period — after that, it automatically cancels and restarting is complicated.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds at that time.
If anything comes up, be proactive and communicate with us.
