REFUND POLICY

Introduction

LIGNES DE FUITE offers unique, often made-to-order or limited-run pieces. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to providing a positive experience and fair resolution should an issue arise.

If you receive a damaged item or there’s a problem with your order, please contact us at info@lignesdefuite.studio within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll review your case and do our best to offer a suitable resolution, which may include repair, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds are generally not issued unless required by law or in cases where damage or error has been clearly demonstrated.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR REQUEST

When contacting us about an issue, please include:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging

A clear explanation of the issue

Your preferred outcome, if any

We will assess the situation within 5 business days and get back to you with our proposed next steps.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our production, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom orders or one-off pieces

Items purchased through a sample sale, pop-up, or marked “Final Sale”

Any item returned without prior approval

SHIPPING DAMAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the box before opening and notify us immediately. We will coordinate a resolution with the carrier when applicable.
