WORK INDEPENDENTLY, WITH SUPPORT
Open Studio is a space where fashion creatives can access our professional facilities to move their projects forward. These three-hour work sessions happen twice weekly and are open to external users—though priority is given to our internal members: students, mentees, and Designers-in-Residence.
This isn’t a class. It’s structured time to work independently with support from on-site facilitators. Whether you’re sewing, pattern-making, printing, or capturing content, Open Studio gives you access to real tools, expert guidance, and the right environment to stay productive and inspired.

LIGNES DE FUITE SEWING & PATTERN MAKING STUDIO
Access a fully equipped garment production space with industrial sewing machines, coverstitch machines, walking foot machines for leather, a zigzag and fur machine, drafting tables, mannequins, and an industrial ironing setup. Kadisha is on-site during Open Studio to assist with machine use, maintenance, and light technical guidance in sewing and pattern drafting.
PRINTING & DYEING FACILITIES AT ATELIER TEXTILE
Located within our shared space with Atelier Textile, our Open Studio sessions include access to professional textile printing and dyeing facilities. Iris provides on-site orientation for safe, clean, and effective use of equipment. These sessions are ideal for experimenting with new surfaces, refining samples, or producing small runs.
ECOM & DOCUMENTATION STATION
Need to shoot flat lays, hang your garments on mannequins, or prep content for your online store? Our in-house photo station is available during Open Studio hours. Milan is available to help with layout, setup, and basic digital workflows for documenting your work or producing e-commerce content.
