About the Pull Request Form

At LIGNES DE FUITE Studio, our mission is to support and amplify emerging creative voices by connecting designers with stylists, image-makers, and cultural collaborators. This pull request form formalizes that exchange — ensuring that every collaboration is conducted with respect, transparency, and care for the work involved.

By completing this form, stylists gain access to SUPPLY, our curated selection of garments and accessories from independent designers developed within the LIGNES DE FUITE ecosystem. Each pull contributes to our shared network — offering visibility to young talent while maintaining professional standards for credit, accountability, and garment handling.

2. Item List

As part of our lending protocol, all borrowed garments are visually documented at the time of the pull. This helps us ensure clarity, accountability, and proper crediting for every collaboration. We invite stylists to upload a visual list or moodboard (PDF or JPG) of the pieces they wish to borrow. On the day of the pull, our team will photograph all selected items before they leave the studio to maintain an accurate record of the loan.

3. Terms & Agreement

LIGNES DE FUITE STUDIO — SUPPLY PULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Ownership and Use - All garments and accessories remain the property of LIGNES DE FUITE Studio and/or the participating designers featured within SUPPLY. The borrower (stylist, production, or client) is granted temporary use of these items strictly for the purpose outlined in the pull request form. No other commercial use is permitted without prior written approval.

  2. Condition and Care - All borrowed items must be handled with care and returned in the same condition as received. Borrowers are responsible for ensuring that the garments are protected from damage, stains, or loss during transit, fittings, shoots, or events. If an item is damaged or lost, the borrower agrees to compensate the full retail value of the item.

  3. Fees - A pull fee applies based on the nature of the project:

  4. 25% of retail value for photoshoots, editorials, or still imagery

  5. 35% of retail value for video productions, performances, or eventsAny discounts, fee waivers, or collaborations in kind must be pre-approved in writing by LIGNES DE FUITE Studio before the pull date.

  6. Credits - All imagery, videos, and press materials featuring borrowed pieces must include proper credit to both LIGNES DE FUITE Studio and the individual designer(s) featured in the pull. Credits must appear in any published, social, or promotional content where the borrowed pieces are visible. When possible, please tag @lignesdefuite.studio and the respective designer accounts on social platforms.

  7. Alterations - No alterations, permanent modifications, or branding applications (e.g. pins, adhesives, dyes) may be made to any garment without written approval from LIGNES DE FUITE Studio.

  8. Returns - All borrowed items must be returned by the agreed return date indicated on the form, clean, packaged appropriately, and in their original condition. Late returns may incur additional fees at the studio’s discretion.

  9. Shipping and Handling - All shipping, courier, and return delivery costs are the responsibility of the borrower unless otherwise agreed in writing. LIGNES DE FUITE Studio is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused during transport by third-party carriers.

  10. Visual Documentation - For transparency and reference, all borrowed items are photographed by the LIGNES DE FUITE team at the time of the pull. Stylists are encouraged to also upload a visual pull list (PDF or JPG) prior to pickup. This visual record ensures that all parties share a clear understanding of what has been borrowed and in what condition.

  11. Liability - The borrower assumes full responsibility for the items during the loan period. LIGNES DE FUITE Studio and its designers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur as a result of the use or misuse of borrowed items.

  12. Agreement - By submitting the pull form and/or signing the agreement, the borrower acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable under the laws of Quebec, Canada.

  13. Payment Terms - All pull fees must be paid in full on the day of the pull, prior to the release of garments from LIGNES DE FUITE Studio. Payment confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions. Pull fees are non-refundable and cover the cost of garment preparation, handling, and administration. No items will be released until payment has been received.
