LIGNES DE FUITE isn’t just a store — it’s a system supporting emerging designers. Many items are made-to-order or pre-sale. This FAQ explains how SUPPLY works, and how your purchases help shape fashion culture from within.
SUPPLY is not a traditional shop. It’s a curated retail system that connects you directly with designers as they develop and release their collections. Many items are available only through pre-sale or made-to-order, meaning they’re produced only when someone commits to buying. That means less waste, more intention, and a deeper connection to the piece you’re purchasing.
When you shop from SUPPLY, you're not just buying a product — you're becoming part of a story in motion. You help fund the first runs, shape the direction of collections, and give visibility to voices that deserve to be heard.
You’re more than a customer — you’re a muse, a cultural editor, a kind of fashion philanthropist. You’re backing rare work at its most formative moment. It’s meaningful. It’s personal. And it matters.
We want to tell that story, too. If you share your purchase — the why, the look, the meaning — and tag us, we’ll reshare it. We love featuring the people who make this space possible. Because in the end, you’re not just wearing fashion — you’re curating what the future looks like.
Pre-sale lets you reserve a product before it’s made — usually at a discounted price (25% off). Your early commitment helps fund production and reduce waste. The wait time is typically 2–5 weeks, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.
Made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, after you place the order. No excess stock, no fast fashion. The timeline varies by designer — usually 3–6 weeks. It’s slower, but worth the wait.
Yes. In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Quantities are limited — once they’re gone, they’re really gone.
In-stock items are returnable within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn and in original condition.
Pre-sale and made-to-order items are final sale, unless the item is defective or something went wrong on our end.Orders for in-stock items can be canceled before they ship.
Pre-sale and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once confirmed, as they go directly into production — made just for you.Most orders ship from our Montréal studio. In some cases, products may ship directly from the designer — this will be clearly noted on the product page.
We work with both local and international designers, so stock may be located either in our Montréal studio or with the designers themselves.
At the moment, we ship within Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you’re in Montréal, you can also choose free studio pickup at checkout — come by and say hi.
International shipping is not yet enabled, but it’s in the works. If you're outside Canada and would love to order, reach out — we’re listening.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another when it ships. For pre-sale and made-to-order pieces, we’ll also send updates throughout the process. We're not Amazon, but we are communicative.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or is seriously delayed, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right. Your trust matters to us.
Yes — and proudly so. SUPPLY is the retail arm of LIGNES DE FUITE, a Montréal-based incubator for emerging fashion talent. We work hands-on with the designers we showcase through mentoring, image creation, and small-scale production. This isn’t fast fashion — it’s something better.
Every designer on SUPPLY has been selected for originality, craft, and intention. Many are part of our mentoring program or studio residency. We don’t just stock them — we work with them to help shape their collections and get them seen.
Some pieces are accessible staples. Others are experimental, labor-intensive, or produced in very small runs. Pricing reflects the materials, time, and artistic investment that go into each garment — and the fact that many of them are made just for you.
