Cancellation Policy

Occupancy of SUPPLYᴸᴰᶠ grants a temporary license to use the space and does not constitute a lease or tenancy agreement. All occupancy requests are subject to review and approval. LIGNES DE FUITE reserves the right to refuse, modify, cancel or terminate occupancies at its sole discretion. Occupants are solely responsible for the operation of their activities and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. LIGNES DE FUITE makes no guarantees regarding attendance, foot traffic, sales or commercial performance. Occupants are responsible for returning the space in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Deposits may be retained, in whole or in part, and additional costs may be charged for cleaning, removal, repairs, damages or any other expenses arising from the occupancy. LIGNES DE FUITE assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, interruption, injury or any claim arising directly or indirectly from the use of the space. Occupants are responsible for obtaining any insurance they deem necessary. LIGNES DE FUITE reserves the right to modify rates, policies and operating procedures without notice. By confirming occupancy, occupants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Occupancy begins with a conversation.
